Check the vial and instructions
Confirm the compound name, the total amount printed on the vial, the required mixing liquid and the final liquid volume.
These should match the Research Card before you open anything.

Stop if the label cannot be read, the correct mixing liquid is not listed, or any value came from instructions for a different product.
